1. Product features

The special integrated oil phase for emulsion explosive is prepared by compounding the composite wax and the composite emulisifier and adding a plurality of additives, and can replace all the oil phase components (including the emulsifier) in the production process of the emulsion explosive and simplify the production process of the emulsion explosive.When in use, the composite oil phase is only required to be quantitatively added according to the formula proportion, the heat is heated to 90-5 DEG C to be kept to be completely melted the heat preservation is used for standby (not lower than 65 DEG C),and the filter screen is used for entering the emulsifying process, and is suitable for the production of various types of paste-like emulsion explosive.

Type A integrated oil phase is suitable for medium-low temperature sensitive emulsification line. Type B integrated oil phase is suitable for high temperature sensitive production line.

The composition of raw materials for emulsion explosives 6.0%-6.5%

4、Packaging

1.Solid products are packed in corrugated cartons, 25kg per carton or 30kg per woven bag.

2.Liquid products are transported by tank truck, which can save users from secondary handling and reduce leakage.Please contact us for the overall  solution.

5、Matters need attention

1.When the product transportation and storame pay attention to prevent sun,rain, should be in store below 40 , it is advisable to use under 120.

2.The product should be stored separately from oxidant.
