【 Characteristics 】

Appearance is brown viscous oil substance, relative density 1.029, melting point 10 ~ 12 ℃, flash point 210 ℃.Practically insoluble in water, soluble in hot oil and organic solvents, insoluble in isopropyl alcohol, tetrachloroethylene, xylene, cottonseed oil, mineral oil, etc. It is a highly oleophilic emulsifier. The quality indicators are as follows:

【Usage】
1. Used as W/O emulsion explosive emulsifier.
2. Used as W/O type emulsifier, stabilizer, plasticizer, lubricant and desiccant in the production of medicine and cosmetics; used as softener, antistatic agent, finishing agent in textile industry; also used as mechanical lubricant; as an additive antifogging agent, it has a pretty good antifogging property at the initial stage and low temperature, suitable for PVC (1 ~ 1.5%), polyolefin film (0.5 ~ 0.7%) and EVA film.
3. Used as mechanical lubricant, oil, and paint industry emulsifier.
4. Used as an emulsifier in the food industry, Used in beverage, toffee, ice cream, bread, pastry, malted milk, margarine, chocolate and other production. Used in textile industry as the component of electrostatic agent, softened oiling agent; used as emulsifier and stabilizer in food, pesticide, medicine, cosmetic, coating and plastic industry; used as antifogging drops for PVC, EVA, PE and other films. The dosage in PVC is 1.5-1.8%, and 0.7-1% in EVA .
5.As the oiling agent for nylon and viscose cord , it has a good smoothing effect on the fiber. Used for the emulsification of machinery, coating and chemical industry. Emulsifying agent in oil drilling heavy mud; as emulsifiers in the production of food and cosmetics; as dispersant in paint and coating industry; as stabilizer in titanium dioxide’s production; as pesticide, wetting agent and emulsifier in pesticide’s production; as cosolvent in petroleum products. It can also be used as the anti-rust agent for anti-rust oil, and it can be applied to lubricants and softeners for textiles and leather.
